I love love loved working with Courtney! From the very beginning she helped us create a house searching strategy that aligned with our budget and hopeful neighborhoods, resulting in a house in a neighborhood and street I NEVER thought we could buy on. She is incredibly helpful and responsive--taking calls and responding to emails at all hours, which showed how committed she was to us and our experience. Like others have said, I know that she had other clients but it never felt that way. I hope we don't have to move, but if so, I actually look forward to the process and opportunity to get to work with Courtney again. Highly recommended for first time home-buyers who might need the hand-holding (and at times, marital counseling--ha!). She is a hustler and is super knowledgeable about real estate, contractors, designers, etc., but is also seriously good times. We had a great experience thanks for Courtney!

Courtney is in a word...AMAZING! My wife and I just bought our first home and there was no doubt in my mind that Courtney would be our agent. I used to produce a lot of TV shows for HGTV in the real estate space, and I met Courtney through that world. Despite working with hundreds of agents over the years, Courtney was the only one I considered. From her website to her knowledge of houses and areas to her aesthetic, she is the absolute best agent/broker I've come across. When I introduced my wife to her she was sold and Courtney was hired (after all, my wife is the boss). The house hunting process with Courtney was great. She sent us email recommendations for homes, helped us decide when to make an offer and for how much, and when we found our dream home she went above and beyond to negotiate a great price for it. On top of that, we bought a fixer and she hooked us up with so many incredible vendors, that I would never have known about. She really gives client's her all and fights for your best interests over everything else. Plus she is fun, loves everything about real estate and the process and you can't help but love hanging out with her. Not only will Courtney be our agent/broker for every real estate sale & purchase in our future but we really feel like we made a friend. She and her staff are all incredible to work with. They made the paperwork process easy, and helped calm our nerves as first time buyers working with a difficult seller/selling agent. If it wasn't for Courtney and her team I don't know if we would have survived escrow! If you are reading this review and you're a fun person who wants a great home buying or selling experience, you've just found your broker. If for any reason you choose someone else, and it doesn't work out its now your own fault.

I would recommend Courtney to anyone in the Los Angeles area. She was forthcoming regarding the potential and real drawbacks of the subject property, and worked hard to ensure that all documents, and disclosures were provided in a timely manner, and sign-offs were obtained. While Courtney was not as knowledgeable as I may have expected regarding properties under Rent Control in LA County, she made up for it by supplying me with information, links to the rent control website, and taking a pro-active stance in representing me to the seller (she was both the buyer and seller's agent in this case) in negotiating monies credited to me for some unanticipated additional costs due directly to rent control. I am overall very pleased with the outcome in general, and with Courtney, in particular.

Courtney is our go-to real estate broker and wouldn't use anyone else. I highly recommend her. She goes the extra distance to save deals from falling apart; be an advocate for her clients and get the best price possible on a house. Not only did she help us buy a bank owned property with incredibly tight lending standards in place but 18 months later she helped us sell that house for top dollar after we renovated. So we have seen Courtney excel on both sides of the deal. Her marketing skills are second to none. She helped us create a polished look when we put our house on the market and put together an incredible marketing package including a pricing strategy, custom website, professional photos and open houses that drew masses of interested buyers. Hands down the best!

I can't imagine buying a house with any one other than Courtney. She is everything you want in a realtor: extremely knowledgeable of the market, a savvy negotiator, open to her clients' ever changing whims and a bull when you need one. She almost makes you not want to find your dream home because then you'd have to stop hanging out with her all the time.

Courtney is absolutely the best! She helped us find an incredible investment property, negotiate it and close it in little over a month ... and over the winter holidays no less! She is incredibly knowledgeable, takes time to explain the process, she is charming, funny, energetic, enthusiastic, professional and diligent. Working with Courtney was one of the best decisions I made in my house hunting experience! Within days of switching realtors, I had an accepted offer on a great house in the area I wanted. From then on, Courtney helped ease my mind every step of the way until we closed a month later, and she is still helping me wrap up some details. Courtney is an Ace. I recommend working with ACME very highly.

This review is long overdue.... I contacted Courtney to help us purchase our next home. We had opened escrow on the sale of our home and only had 40 days to find another home and close escrow. I was very nervous about finding a place given our narrow time frame, limited budget and competitive market. However, Courtney assured me that it was very possible. Within a week we checked out a dozen properties with Courtney and made an offer on the perfect house. There were 2 other offers the seller was working with. Thanks to Courtney's persistence and schmoozing with the selling agent, our offer was accepted. Then came the home inspection. The seller's had listed the property as is, however Courtney once again was able to work her magic and get the plumbing updated PLUS $10,500 in closing costs!! AMAZING!! In order to receive the full credit of $10k, we would need to have closing costs totalling at least that much which our loan officer assured as that we did. However, at the close of escrow the closing costs dropped by $3k and the credit was lost. Once again, Courtney takes hold of the situation (this is after the house is now ours) gets the Escrow company, Bank and Seller involved and gets us the balance of the credit!! AGAIN AMAZING!! After a month and a half of living in our house, the waterline breaks so I email Courtney just to find out if it's OK for me to contact the seller's agent directly. Off course, being the go-getter that she is, she takes over and manages to convince the seller to pay for the replacement of the waterline. She definitely went above and beyond of what was expected. It feels like we had every obstacle imaginable thrown at us, however, thanks to Courtney, and not only her extensive knowledge of real estate, but also her ability to act quickly, we were able to overcome them. We are truly grateful for all the hard work Courtney and her team put in to get us our home.

Courtney was such a huge help and a pleasure to work with. As first-time home buyers, my husband and I really did not know what we were getting ourselves into. Courtney was so patient to explain the whole process to us, would check in with us regularly to see how we were doing, and was extremely responsive. She was also extremely familiar with NELA, and even introduced us to local favorites. When we put in an offer on our now-home, she really fought and advocated for us. The seller's agent even notified us that although we did not make the highest offer on the house, he and the seller selected us over other potential buyers because Courtney was so professional and assured him we were sincere in our interest. Courtney was truly a blessing to work with, and I doubt we would have gotten our home without her.

She is AMAZING. I logically know that she takes on more than one client at a time, but it NEVER felt that way. Both Courtney and Andrew were informative, responsive, patient, and knowledgeable. They made a potentially stressful and scary situation so fun and exciting. I almost want to sell my new house and search for another one so i get the joy of working with them again. We had a tough close because we wanted a short escrow and it fell right in the middle of Christmas and New Years, but Courtney was on top of everything every step of the way. She was more helpful at getting updates and explaining the obscure details of the loan than the lender was. She arranged contractors to come and give us bids on a variety of renovations we were considering. When we needed insurance at the last minute before the loan could go through, she got us a bid that ended up being considerably lower than the bids we were able to get ourselves. You can’t find a better agent. You can try, but you really won’t find one.

Courtney is the most on-top-of-it realtor ever. She is pleasant, knowledgeable, hard working, communicative, smart, helpful...I could go on! If you're looking for an approachable realtor who will be helpful without being overbearing, she is the best! Courtney makes you feel like you are her friend, and ONLY client (in a great way). She met us at the property multiple times, went way out of her way to make sure every little thing was the way we wanted it to be--even after the sale was finished. She is very obviously personally invested in her job. For us, she was both the listing agent as well as the buying agent, and she did such a great job representing both sides of the sale.
